RingCentral is a highly flexible, virtual small-business PBX that incorporates both PSTN (public switched telephone network) and VoIP elements and is controlled via a single Web-based panel. It is designed to give businesses with 1 to 10 employees the professional telecom polish of a full-blown PBX and receptionist, but at much lower cost and without the need for hardware, training or even much setup.
